First time at Mercedes of Flemington Arrived for B service. I was willing to wait for the car to be done. I was immediately offered a courtesy car by Kevin. I declined because by the time I got home and back it would be done. I have been to other dealers where I was told there were no cars available or they didn't bother to even offer one. The waiting area is large, clean and socially spaced. They washed the car and it was cleaned inside and out. Also, it was sanitized when the driver delivered it to the waiting area entrance. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had had a problem with my pre paid service contract due to some surgeries and the virus shutdowns. I was given a credit for the service by Mercedes. I was quoted a price for the B service at Flemington Mercedes but the actual service was a bit higher than quoted and my allowance. They took care of it for me at no additional charge. I will soon be leasing my third Mercedes in 6 years. I will definitely be having it serviced at Flemington Mercedes. More
