I had every question answered and was always called back or emailed throughout the transaction. I flew from Texas to pick up my vehicle and was met at the airport by my salesman Chris Green. Chris was very professional and explained everything about my vehicle and about the sales process. The dealership was extremely respectful of my timeline and had me out the door as quickly as they could. Chris and the dealership have reached out to me several times after the sale just to check on me and see if there was anything else they could do; definitely not my experience at other dealerships in the past. When I need a new vehicle I would fly another thousand miles to do business with Mercedes-Benz of Flemington. More

A satisfactory outcome We brought the GLB in for issues with me connect and a door locking intermittent fault. Neither issue was resolved directly but our overall concerns were entirely resolved by swapping out the car. As usual, first rate service support from Jami! We dealt with Gregg Ciocca on the car exchange and were handled with great sympathy, understanding and professionalism. We will keep the current GLB for now but look forward to the exchange as soon as the new one comes in. Kudos to the Ciocca team! More
