Her knowledge and expertise were clearly evident. She was very courteous , engaging and very through when describing the service scope of work and answering all of my questions. Overall the steps in the process from driving into the service area, obtaining a courtesy vehicle, and returning for my car were seamless and extremely efficient. This positive experience was the result of a well designed and practiced process. What makes this work so well is an experienced and courteous Service team. More

Very efficient I was contacted by a member of the team about a recall on my vehicle. I had recently checked the "RECALL WEBSITE" and found NO recalls on my vehicle. I was contacted by a member of the team about a recall on my vehicle. I had recently checked the "RECALL WEBSITE" and found NO recalls on my vehicle. I was told there was, indeed, a recall on the steering column bolts. I was given an appointment for my car for the very next day along with a loaner. Jami was wonderful as usual. She came out to greet me when I pulled in. She immediately took me through to the desk where all my paperwork was already prepared. In the afternoon, Jami contacted me to tell me there were other issues with my car that the maintenance team found while doing the initial work related to the recall. She also explained the car would be held until the next day to complete all the work. Everyone at Flemington MB is friendly and professional. I will continue to come here for service. More
