installed the recall,no problem. Service rep stated they wanted to do diagnostic test. I approved the test. When I looked at the receipt I noticed some items I could not verify. I instructed them to do what I wanted completed and they did. When I asked for a copy of the test the rep stated I can not receive a copy do to company regulations. I stated I paid for the test of my vehicle to be completed. I would like to see the test reports Rep stated to me shop foreman will not provide me with a copy , Its Mercedes property. I explained I paid for it and I approved the test to be completed. Manager call me and confirmed The will not release the info that I paid for. When I complained He told me to pay my bill and get out of Building. I will not purchase another car from Mercedes and this dealer is A mess. I will be sending a letter to the main Benz office referring about this incident. More
