Their first offer on our trade-in made us stay, we had been to 5 other dealers in with, since they treated us like actual customers instead of prey. We are also in the process of switching brands from BMW and Infiniti and Mike definitely earned our long term business. We had normal conversation and it didn’t feel like a high pressure sale. Overall the purchase was ok but my main complaint is with the service center at this location. They tried to take my money by incorrectly stating that the brake pads and rotors were worn out when they were n the service center at this location. They tried to take my money by incorrectly stating that the brake pads and rotors were worn out when they were not. I fortunately got it checked at another mercedes dealership and a local service center and they both confirmed that the brake pads were good. That incident was sufficient to break my confidence as a customer. Then there is a person who called me repeated to state that they would offer a 'discoount' for the brake pad repairs until I confronted them that what they are doing is a dishonest practive. Never again at Flemington Merc. More
