The service off late has become horrendous and gone south unlike what it it used to be at this dealership. I am not sure if me writing the details will help at all. Not only the attitude but more importantly The car has not been serviced for what we had asked for and were told we denied it over the phone which is absolutely false. We have been a customer since 2012 and I am so disgusted that not I will think twice before coming but may not look to buy Mercedes as next cars. More

Getting to the bottom of it I brought my MB E350 in for routine service and slow leak on one of my tires. I also told Joshua about a number of other noises and vibrations I'd not I brought my MB E350 in for routine service and slow leak on one of my tires. I also told Joshua about a number of other noises and vibrations I'd noticed. It turned out that all four wheels were bent and needed to be repaired and that the forward driveshaft was damaged and needed to be replaced. Because of the holidays and all that needed to be done, my car was in the shop for a full two weeks. Joshua kept me well informed about the cost and status of the repairs. He also happily supplied me with a new E350 that was fun and tempting to consider but I'm now happy to be back in my own car running better than it has in months thanks to the good diagnostic work, pleasant customer relations and expert service from the team at Mercedes-Benz of Flemington. More

Wish I had known it would be there overnight I brought my car in at 8:40 for the voluntary service for rusted bolts thinking it would be done the same day. As a result, I declined the loaner, bu I brought my car in at 8:40 for the voluntary service for rusted bolts thinking it would be done the same day. As a result, I declined the loaner, but wouldn't have done so if that had been indicated as a possibility. I know its not always possible to predict the length of a service, but would have appreciated a heads-up. Josh was polite, responsive, and apologetic about the delay. Also had a loud grinding noise when applying my brakes when leaving which alarmed me. The Service Manager came out immediately to check it out, take the car for a short drive, and identify the noise as an overspray of wheel dust cleaner. Resolved immediately and with kindness and concern. More
