Everyone was incredibly personable and professional. When we walked into Ciocca, we went in knowing we had months left on our current lease and were already way over the allotted mileage. Having already spoken with the dealer from which we had leased our current car who assured us they had offered us the best deal available for getting out of our current lease if they got us into a new lease of the same make vehicle (which we didn't have any interest in doing), we were not expecting much. But we were pleasantly surprised when we got a generous offer to get out of our current lease and got us into a new GLS which we love! George, Julian and Gregg were all incredibly helpful in going over everything with us. They made everything happen literally overnight. I can't say enough amazing things about them!! They were so awesome to work with that we also happened to be in the market for a second previously owned vehicle to be used by employees of our business. We found one that day and although it was located at one of the Ciocca Dealership's locations in PA, they had it flat-bedded over in less than an hour and we ended up leaving there with two cars in one day!! If that doesn't say enough about their service, I don't know what does! Like I said, absolutely AWESOME experience all around!! More
