Interactive service. I complained about squeaking from the front dashboard. Gave me a tech to sit next to me. We drove on bumps but the car was silent as a mouse. worst customer service!! The service manager, the older guy not listed below is confused as to the definition of customer service. He consistently skirts the issues presented and blames the customer. He is rude and needs to be coached on how to deal with customers or removed from dealing with customers altogether. This was my last time coming here I made my way to Bridgewater Mercedes. Not only did they have my car for three weeks and did no repairs they argued with me about bringing in the loaner when I called not them to inquire about my car. More

Yearly maintenance Scheduling was simple. Service was completed in a timely manner. Vehicle ready in ~2 hours washed & vacuumed. Comforting feeling having Mercedes do Scheduling was simple. Great service I went in due to a problem with the drivers side window (it had an instance of not fully raising, going up and down, and finally needing manual assist I went in due to a problem with the drivers side window (it had an instance of not fully raising, going up and down, and finally needing manual assistance to fully close). The service team took the door apart, checked everything out, including the other Windows- couldn't find anything wrong. Not only did they fully check out the problem, they did a multipoint inspection, washed and vacuumed the car, and did not charge me a penny! The window works. More

Guido came out while I was looking and asked if I had any questions but gave me my own room to look on my own. When I was ready for questions he was close by to handle my many questions. He answered them thoroughly and promptly with out hesitation. He is a top notch individual and an excellent salesman. It was a no pressure buying experience. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the service I got. I will definitely recommend them to my many family. More

Jami McLaughlin is very helpful in determining what your vehicle needs, and options to reduce cost (i.e. service plans, etc.) She communicates thoroughly throughout the day as to the progress with the service and is always available to answer any questions. I have 3 other vehicles (that aren't Mercedes) and have never had a single service experience as good as all the visits I've had to Flemington Mercedes and Jami. More
