It was a pleasure working with John on the purchase of my "new" car. Although I was buying a used Toyota from your dealership, John made me feel that my purchase was as important as purchasing a high end ca "new" car. John clearly explained every step of the purchasing process. John was polite and professional. He took the time to go over the car's 'gadgets' and he patiently answered all of my questions.
