I made my the deposit on a new GLE right before all he’ll broke loose. I couldn’t pick up my car until 2 1/2 months later. My salesperson gave me regular updates without being pushy - even offered to give me my money back if I wanted to back out of the deal. I also got emails from the GM with similar updates - Alain - without overdoing it.
When I picked up my car in late May, it was obvious that they took the coronavirus seriously - social distancing, face masks and respecting space. I was very impressed. I used some of their practices in my business.
It’s my 3rd vehicle from the good folks at MB of Ft. Washington. It is a first class place. My thanks to them all.
