Brought car in for inspection. which I'm told is an Express service. I Checked in abd Went to waiting lounge. The person who checked me in at the service desk walked past me at le which I'm told is an Express service. I Checked in abd Went to waiting lounge. The person who checked me in at the service desk walked past me at least 2 time while I was in the waiting area. 3 hours later, I went the service desk and spoke with another person. as the person who checked me in was waiting on others..... Conclusion, they didn't even pull my car back into the garage yet and the person who checked me in "didn't know I was waiting...." I had to get a loaner so I could get to a work meeting......Then had to make a trip back another day when My car was finished to retrieve my car.....It created extra trips to the dealer. Poor communication. More

Not very honorable or responsible! I took my car in for a recall of the sunroof had an oil change as well. I was told my car was ready when I went to get in my car I saw the front bum I took my car in for a recall of the sunroof had an oil change as well. I was told my car was ready when I went to get in my car I saw the front bumper hanging to the ground, not sure what happened in the car wash. My car came out damaged.they are refusing to take responsibility for damage that was done in their car washed. Ask me to come back the following day because the person to make the decision to them the rectify this issue was not there. I called back the next day did not receive a call back from them. I called the following day did get toSpeak with Tony Who doesn’t have the power to do anything. Said he would speak with Derek the manager. I spoke with Derrick with no better results the dealership is just refusing to do the right thing. Wanted me to just leave with the bumper hanging to the ground I refuse ask them if they could possibly do something to uplift the bumper because if I got on the highway like that the whole entire bumper would have been off. I left the Mercedes-Benz dealer with two pieces of duct tape holding my bumper up,so I will be contacting my insurance company to handle this issue and forwarding a complaint to the Attorney General as well as the media. Not a responsible dealership.I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP IF I YOU!! More
