Very rude staff, disregarded my wife’s questions, and didn’t provide an accurate assessment of vehicle. Said they took apart the car to see what was going on with the heat, but when I looked at it after didn’t provide an accurate assessment of vehicle. They also failed to recognize the low coolant levels when I specifically asked them to investigate it. Terrible service overall. Have suffered long term damage to my vehicle because of this dealer’s lack of care and attention. More

I want to like this dealership, but honestly I have had better service at my company car Volkswagen dealer. Joanne and Jasmine were very nice and accommodating and good to deal with. But with that being sa better service at my company car Volkswagen dealer. Joanne and Jasmine were very nice and accommodating and good to deal with. But with that being said, I would expect more from a Mercedes dealership. For instance, they performed a complimentary inspection of commons items that may be an issue, but didn’t receive any results. Another thing, I know this is a small thing, but even Volkswagen washes my car before giving it back to me, Mercedes didn’t. Again, Joanne and Jasmine were nice and were great to deal with, just the other things I mentioned, I would expect more. More
