I want to like this dealership, but honestly I have had better service at my company car Volkswagen dealer. Joanne and Jasmine were very nice and accommodating and good to deal with. But with that being said, I would expect more from a Mercedes dealership. For instance, they performed a complimentary inspection of commons items that may be an issue, but didn’t receive any results. Another thing, I know this is a small thing, but even Volkswagen washes my car before giving it back to me, Mercedes didn’t. Again, Joanne and Jasmine were nice and were great to deal with, just the other things I mentioned, I would expect more. More

Satisfied with the service but they do not wash or vacuum your car before returning it. Last time I had body work done and since it had rained the night before my car was wet when I picked it up.
