Communication was really lacking with my service experience. I was able to get same-day service as I had a nail in my tire and had purchased a tire warranty, but had no idea that I would be there fo experience. I was able to get same-day service as I had a nail in my tire and had purchased a tire warranty, but had no idea that I would be there for approximately three hours waiting for the “express service“ to be completed. The staff didn’t wear name tags and no one explained the process, I learned they no longer offer any type of valet service and certainly would’ve made other arrangements as I live less than a mile away from the dealership.
