Little attention to details My wife and I waited almost 8 months for the delivery of the car and, to our surprise, it didn't have some of the features that were important to us. My wife and I waited almost 8 months for the delivery of the car and, to our surprise, it didn't have some of the features that were important to us. Sales people never told us that steering wheel heater is a separate feature, not included in the comfort and warmth package. Also, they misled us on the fact that CarPlay is using only half of the 12.3 inch screen, even though all marketing materials promote such a large screen. Not good! More

Didn't meet my expectations service was good. I did not having my car vacuumed as some of my friends do when taking their cars in for service. I was also left to wait for my rent service was good. I did not having my car vacuumed as some of my friends do when taking their cars in for service. I was also left to wait for my rental car for over 45 mins. It was a 5-10 mins before the rental man would be there so I was told to sit down and someone would get me. After 45 mins I went back to the front desk to ask about the delay and was told "I thought you left". It was disappointing since this was my first time and was anticipating excellent customer service. More
