inefficient needed a part ordered that would take a week. Was told that it would take 1 hour to install. Although they said my car was driveable with 4 different warning system lights, it was not safe for highway and I had to get a rental. Should have given me an install appointment when the part was put on order. More

It was disorganized I dropped the vehicle, and I was told that the next day somebody will check it and all me, but that did not happen. Disappointing My wife made a mistake. She had an appointment for a 20,000 mile check-up and an inspection for her Q7 at the Audi dealer down the street from the M My wife made a mistake. She had an appointment for a 20,000 mile check-up and an inspection for her Q7 at the Audi dealer down the street from the Mercedes dealership. She pulled into the Mercedes dealership by mistake. She explained that she was there for the check-up and inspection. The Mercedes service agent did not acknowledge that she didn't have an appointment or that they couldn't do the Audi 20,000 mile check-up because they weren't an Audi dealer. She just told my wife that it was too early to do the check-up. The service person did not question/challenge my wife about anything? During the inspection, they found a tire that they indicated needed to be replaced. They told her that they would have to go someone else to match the tires she had. Clearly, they went down the street to the Audi dealer. The charge for the tire resulted in a $75 higher cost than Audi's charge would have been. A few weeks later, my wife had to go to Audi for the 20,000 mile check-up. My wife made a mistake. Mercedes' service department took advantage of it. I would have expected more integrity from the dealership. More
