Frustrated with all Mercedes Commercial Repair Centers Oil started leaking from Sprinter, made an appointment, over two weeks to schedule. First week passed and the oil leak was extreme. Called both Dres Oil started leaking from Sprinter, made an appointment, over two weeks to schedule. First week passed and the oil leak was extreme. Called both Dresher, PA and Devon, PA, Dresher said maybe but scheduled next Wednesday tow in maybe can get to sooner. Devon center said they could look at it Friday, now Tuesday inside shop but no results yet. This van has many shelves full of parts and tools which are needed to work fixing heating systems. It appears Mercedes does not staff enough labor force to service their own product. I do not blame the service centers, they are working with the staff they have. I realize this is a holiday MONTH and people have vacations, etc BUT Mercedes should RESPECT their customers and get these valuable work vans back on the road asap. More
