Certified GLC 300 not inspected properly before delivery I purchased a certified Pre-owned 2017 GLC 300 from this dealership in October, 2019. During the test drive there were some defects in the interior o I purchased a certified Pre-owned 2017 GLC 300 from this dealership in October, 2019. During the test drive there were some defects in the interior of the vehicle which I was told will be taken care of before the delivery. They took 10 days to get the car ready and get it detailed, however when I took delivery of the vehicle the seat belt of the driver side was not clean, the plastic in the passengers side door was damaged and there were some other internal scratches / marks which was not done properly. I am surprised how could the vehicle pass the certification process if there is damage in the passenger side door (broken trim in the plastic) and the car was delivered to me without proper inspection. I did take vehicle back and the service manager took care of them on an urgent basis for which I am grateful. However, today I noticed the power head-rest adjustment in the passenger side is not working, the lift-gate was not cleaned properly, so I have to take the car again back to the dealership only after a few weeks of taking delivery. Also, I did not get a signed copy of the multi-point certification from the dealership, and there are so many things I am finding myself not done correctly in the vehicle which they are calling as "Certified" makes me worry about the long term safety and reliability of the Mercedes GLC 300. I would appreciate if the dealership can take note of this and do a thorough inspection of my vehicle which I purchased from them only a month back. More
