Very disorganized dealership Initially, our experience was great. We dealt with two dealers and both were awesome at first. We received a great deal on our car and couldn't have been happier. The moment we left the dealership was when the problems started. First off, we were sold the wrong car. How does that even happen?? This resulted in them exchanging the car we were sold for another car. Then, the registration was not mailed on time. My temporary registration had expired (almost three months later!) and they STILL had not mailed my new registration. I personally had to call/email many times to finally get my new registration squared away. They said it was mailed months ago, but when speaking with someone else, it was never mailed at all. The dealer we had been working with when purchasing the car stopped responding to our text messages after the cars were switched and was no longer being helpful. Overall, I expected better from a Mercedes Benz dealership. The work here was just too sloppy. I would probably go to another dealership next time. More

My console indicated that I had a problem wih my battery. The service at the dealership as always is outstanding.
