Service rep In the past i had a service rep Paul great person always went above to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my visit. Recently I stopped in to get In the past i had a service rep Paul great person always went above to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my visit. Recently I stopped in to get my keys check, I was told long ago that MB will replace the batteries free of charge. The young gentle who assist me before I could even finish explaining to him why I stopped in he was already walking me over to the parts store. Once their he turned around and walked away, I then told the parts guys I was told that if my battery in my key is low I can bring it in and MB will replace it. He said no, if I want the battery it will be $5 and change. I walked out and ordered 10 batteries off amazon for less than $5. More

Great Service I was having trouble with my GLK350 after it was repaired due to a car accident. They troubleshooted and found the issue. I took the report they provi I was having trouble with my GLK350 after it was repaired due to a car accident. They troubleshooted and found the issue. I took the report they provided back to the autobody shop and the autobody shop fixed the issue. It took them a week to find the issue, but they gave me a nice GLS 450 loaner to drive for my trouble. Never felt inconvenienced at all. They went above and beyond. More
