From the showroom to the cars on the floor, to sales offices, to the service area, to the waiting area with coffee and snack bar the dealership was magnificent. I have never seen a dealership quite like Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. The personal attention and follow up was the best I have ever received from a car dealership. I highly recommend them. Went in for a simple inspection got the car back w problems I have a low mileage Sl-500 which I brought it in for a simple inspection which was running great,. then I received the car back with nothing wrong I have a low mileage Sl-500 which I brought it in for a simple inspection which was running great,. then I received the car back with nothing wrong with it. Then I wrote it off the lot to find out all my dash lights were going off. Return it the next day to be checked out. Then was told I needed a module for my transmission $2500.00 which I didn't. I told them to give me the car back and had it checked out at Fred Sonsi foreign mechanic who cleared the codes and found nothing wrong with the car. I was very disappointed at the dealership and Mercedes Benz . More
