I already knew what type of Mercedes sedan I wanted and had a vision of accessories and packages I wanted to include in my purchase. But even if you know that you want to just purchase your first luxury car, the staff and associates here at Fort Washington will find exactly what you want. I worked extensively with Fred Mielke on finding my dream car. I was NOT disappointed. I test drove the E450 and the E53 AMG. I jumped to the E class because I’m a tall woman (6’ tall) and have a large appreciation for balance power and performance. Fred explained all the features of the vehicle and we test drove both vehicles on windy back roads and highway roads. I immediately fell in love with the E53 AMG. However, I did disclose to Fred that I had all intentions to test drive the BMW and Audi brands before making any decisions on a path. Fred was most understanding. After test driving the other brands, it was clear that I was going to with the Mercedes Benz brand. From there, Fred worked diligently to find various vehicles in the inventory with the features I wanted. We found a winner with a polar white 2019 E53 AMG with the black Napa leather seats, the night package, the exterior light package, active contour seats, and the driver assist package. The day of delivery and pick up was easy and relatively fast. We did a whole overview of all the features again. I worked with the finance department to nail down all the paper work. And Victor squared away all the car insurance details. If you are in the market to upgrade to a luxury car brand, go see the folks at Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. Literally the most fun and least stressful time I have ever had purchasing a new car. More
