I lost track of how many times my car wasn’t ready when I arrived or it wasn’t washed because they were just too busy or getting ready to close. Even banks stay open a little after closing to help out someone running late. Not here. Then you get the auto text from the service rep saying “we want you to have the best experience,,,please contact me if you’re not satisfied.” Think I ever received a response? Nope. How hard is it to return a text nowadays? I’ve spent way too much money and time at the Ft Wash dealer to continue to be treated like Im bothering the staff. Where’s my vip treatment? Im taking my business to Keenan in Doylestown. Enough is enough. More
