Some easy items were missed! Front right and back left tires were at 39-not 26. Blinkers did not work properly. Needed repair-done locally in NJ to pass MV inspection. Front head light washers-only left works and right does not. ABC suspension warning comes on often after a day or so when car sitting. How could this be missed? I feel for a professional MB dealership, this car should have been gone through like stated when purchased a few days prior off used lot, but not truly completed! Was it?. Now I have the burden of repair!! More

??? New car I went to the dealership to make a deal to buy a certain SUV. The VIN number was put on the paperwork. Then they took my “old” vehicle which was comin I went to the dealership to make a deal to buy a certain SUV. The VIN number was put on the paperwork. Then they took my “old” vehicle which was coming off lease back for trade. I was supposed to take delivery of the new vehicle in a couple days. After a couple of days they started sending me texts and emails indicating that vehicle wasn’t Available and trying to sell me something else. ( different colors too ). I was away on vacation. After 2 weeks I said I was ready to just call it off ad then they got me the vehicle I originally ordered. I feel like something funny was going on there honestly. Then I did take delivery of the new vehicle. It was missing a cable to charge a phone. No biggie. On the form where you fill out what they owe I wrote nothing because it’s only like a $20 part and the salesman told me he lived close to me and assured me he would drop one off to me. Well , after numerous phone calls, texts, emails, all giving me reasons why it never happened.. but never coming through... I gave up. Kinda disappointing. Something so easy as a car purchase should be a smooth easy transaction. I do like my car. I would go back there. I will likely take my car to a different dealer for service as they don’t do a good job with the pick up and delivery service. Just my opinion. I don’t really want a rental car .. I would rather have someone come pick my car up and deliver. While I do want a loaner rental... I don’t want to have to take my time to have to drive to get it. Other dealers offer the pick up service. More

Friendly, fast, efficient! Everyone there from the receptionist to the service guys were extremely friendly. I was in and out in not time at all. Unresponsive I purchased a 2006 Mercede E class on March 25,, and received great service from everyone. On April 15, I was broadsided and my "new" Mercedes was tot I purchased a 2006 Mercede E class on March 25,, and received great service from everyone. On April 15, I was broadsided and my "new" Mercedes was totaled. I called Fort Washington a number of times to report the accident and ask if anything good was in the pipeline to replace my car.
