There was no pressure to buy and Julian allowed us to test drive a few different models which helped us to narrow down our selection. The large number of vehicles in stock gave us various options, but the GLC 300 Coupe on the showroom floor caught my wife's eye when we entered and we were able to make a fair deal without all of the haggling generally associated with buying a vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off for some additional scheduled service and a loaner was readily available and everyone we worked with was very friendly and relaxed. A very positive experience! More

I dropped off my wife’s MB, met with my MB Service Advisor to discus My last visit to Ft. Washington MB was excellent. I arrived at my scheduled time. I dropped off my wife’s MB, met with my MB Service Advisor to discuss what our car needed and then proceeded to the waiting room. Service took about 2 hrs 15 minutes. The waiting area was well stocked with snacks, coffee and magazines. Overall my visit was handled very efficiently and professionally. More

see below I will try to summarize. Made appointment two weeks in advance for a recall. Got there and your service department did not have the parts. Huh?? Bu I will try to summarize. But was told they would be ordered and that there were two other outstanding prior recalls that I did not know about. So left the car for the work on the other two recalls. Got loaner with no gas so had to buy gas to get home. When got the car back the driver side safety belt extender did not work albiet it worked before I took the car in. I told your service department this by phone and email immediately. I was told it would be looked at when I returned for the recall I first went there for. Returned car after recall part gotten and recall done but was told that the extender was not your fault. Interesting coincidence. Worked when I took car in, car got worked on, did not work when I drove away. Also repeatedly told service department to correct my records on its computer. Nevertheless that was never done. On the invoice I got for the recalls it still lists some phone numbers that are not mine. Bad communications. More
