Paul Wu made the experience pleasurable. I've never enjoyed the process of buying car. Dealer tactics have driven me nuts over the years. Serious issue with lease return I have a long history with Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington four successive vehicles -- both purchases and leases) and up to now I have been more tha I have a long history with Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington four successive vehicles -- both purchases and leases) and up to now I have been more than satisfied. However, in returning a leased vehicle and leasing a new vehicle as well as purchasing another vehicle I feel like the dealership and Mercedes Benz Financial Services really dropped the ball. I am seriously reconsidering having any future relationship with Mercedes. I have written to the dealership and MBFS multiple times but get no good response. Very annoying that they will not put anything in writing. More
