Follow up Deal went through very well and sales person was good. However, after the deal, I had few questions about title / registration and have left 3 message Deal went through very well and sales person was good. However, after the deal, I had few questions about title / registration and have left 3 messages to call back without any response. First I called in 2 days as the console was having some problems. I was told that they will get back to me but never did. I read the manual and seems it got fixed so I did not follow up. Next I was told or was under the impression that new registration will arrive in mail, but I have not received any even after one month. When I called to inquire, voicemails and no call back. Disappointing follow up from sales division. More

Good but could be better Went in for planned service visit. There was an available to the Navigation system which if they offered me I would have gotten. Second time this has happened where they have not offered something I know was available via previous communication from Mercedes. While there service is otherwise very good, this dealer only tends to mention the overly expensive additional work you need done rather than giving you all the optional things that are available so that you can pick ones you want for that visit.
