He even wanted us to let him know any time we needed service so he could expedite it and oversee the experience. Scott is even meeting with my wife for a second time for training on all the systems and features. In comparison, we only owned BMW's before and to this day we probably still have controls & features we don't quite understand or use for that matter (we were never trained) A Mercedes-Benz is not cheap, so a great customer experience is expected but not always given.
