Fast, efficient and reasonably priced. I couldn’t be happier I was not a client of Fort Washington Mercedes Benz but I stop in for their Express Service to change a headlamp. The check engine light came back on within 4 days of having it back. They didn't even address one issue I had raised on the first 'repair'. The car I got for a loaner for several days had soiled seats with lots of leaves in the trunk. The windshield was not a mercedes brand therefore when it rained, there was no automatic sensor for the windshield wiper speed. My lease is up in a few months. You'd think they'd loan me a car to entice me into a nice newer car or at least one that functions equally as well as the one I have. I doubt i'm going to stay with mercedes for my next car. More
