I was treated very well in person I would say I was treated better in the dealership than I was over the phone. I wasn't treated poorly, however when I called the receptionist was not I would say I was treated better in the dealership than I was over the phone. Finally my trunk got repaired It took along time to get the part to repair my trunk. It took 2 months to receive the part. When the part came in the trunk was fixed immediately. Delivery of my new car. The sales person, sales manager and entire sales staff did a very good job. I did need the service department to find out why the engine light kept go The sales person, sales manager and entire sales staff did a very good job. I did need the service department to find out why the engine light kept going on. The car came back twice when I was test driving the car until the issue was resolved (I hope). The day I took delivery I spent just over 3 hours waiting for the car so I could leave. I had an appointment that I mentioned before the day of delivery clearly telling them I needed to leave no later than 2:30 ( I arrived at 12:30). I had asked for a lease application days before the delivery but did not get it until i arrived at the dealership to take delivery. Not sure if that was the hold up or the service department was backed up but it was painful. Hopefully my future interaction with the dealership will be smoother. More
