I was tired, to say the least, when I got to the MB service center but Paul Forsyth processed my claim quickly and sent me on my way with a loaner car. After an awful situation, I was on my way home in no time. Paul is a great service agent and representative for MB. He is really able to anticipate customer needs and does what he can to help in any situation. More
