Communication is important After waiting for an hour, Dexter advised that my left rear tire had a nail and needed to be replaced Unfortunately, ten minutes later, someone else After waiting for an hour, Dexter advised that my left rear tire had a nail and needed to be replaced Unfortunately, ten minutes later, someone else needed 4 tires and since there were no other tires in stock, I was given a loaner car. The tire was due in at 5pm and I was told the car would be delivered to my home later that night. At 630pm I called and Xavier in service told me the tire arrived late and the techs had gone home so my car would be ready the next day. I told him that I needed the car by 11am the next day as I had an appointment.. After a couple of my phone calls, the car finally arrived at 1110am..It was delayed further due to being delivered to my office rather than my home as requested as requested previously. Needless to say, I was late for my appointment.. A very unhappy experience and not up to Mercedes standards More
