Not impressed Came in for B4 service and to get a broken license plate holder repair (car sold to me with broken plate). Came into the dealer two week prior for a flat tire and they ordered the license plate part needed. Said they would hold the part for my service in two. When arrived for my service, they said they must of sold my part and I would need to reorder and come back in for repair. I feel my time is not being respected and this was bad customer service.
