22nd Dec 2023 I met with Isaac Marlowe to test drive 2 used Audi Q5 2020. I stay about 4 hours to fill out paperwork to make the purchase with some caveats - the car he brought back was damaged. He was very nice throughout and said he would get it fixed, let me know when to pick it up or get a loaner next week. I left a hefty deposit. Once I left I never heard back from him. I call on the 27th and 28th. Both times the front desk said he was in but I never got any call back from him. On the 29th I get a terse text, no apology, nothing. I reply cancelling the arrangement. Again no replies. I tried calling again but no replies and not refund on the deposit. It seems once they get your money, they are done being nice. Before the deposit Isaac was so accommodating and promising. Now Isaac is AWOL, refusing to answer the calls or the text. More
