Phenomenal dealership I purchased my car in December 2014 and the sale was very professional, reasonable, and courteous. Unlike other dealerships, they were straightforwar I purchased my car in December 2014 and the sale was very professional, reasonable, and courteous. Unlike other dealerships, they were straightforward in the negotiations. What startled me the most though was after the sale. I had a few minor issues (all addressed by the dealership expediently) and one larger issue (tire blew from a pothole late Saturday night) and they arranged to open the store on a Sunday to ensure I was taken care with a borrowed car at no cost. Their salesman, Mitchell Chernyakhovsky, spent hours on his day off to coordinate transportation, paperwork etc. to ensure I was entirely satisfied. It was truly white glove service that was not "part of the warranty" but apparently they feel is important to provide. Would certainly buy another car from them in the future. More

With that being said Fort Washington didn't have the car and the specific options that I was looking for. Also I was currently already in a lease with another vehicle, with a few months to go. Not only did they get me out of my current lease... But my salesperson Scott Anderson went out of his way to find the GLK350 that I was looking for. And at the price I was looking for. So when I got to the dealership I went to the front desk to have them page Scott. I gave the receptionist my name... Oh!! He is expecting you... Very friendly greeting. Scott took the time to go threw the entire vehicle in a relaxed matter... Not trying to push me out the door. The finance manager had me in and out in about 15 minutes. I love the vehicle, and look forward to deal with Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington in the future. More

A pleasant low stress sales experience. Our experience with this dealer was very good. We had purchased two previous MB automobiles at MotorWorld in Wilkes Barre, PA in 2008 and 2013. Both Our experience with this dealer was very good. We had purchased two previous MB automobiles at MotorWorld in Wilkes Barre, PA in 2008 and 2013. Both of those purchases were very stressful and nearly resulted in our walking out of the showroom at the last minute. The only thing that prevented us from doing that was the proximity to our home. We decided to travel over two hours each way to work with MB of Ft Washington , Pa, hoping it would be a better experience. Our salesman, Joe Maley, made it just that. It was a pleasure to work with Joe from beginning to end and I would like to commend his professionalism. I hope that his management sees this review and passes along our complements.. We will surly work with Joe again in the future. More
