Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to u Per my previous review, I leased a 2015 C class 3 weeks ago and recently encountered an issue where my remote wasn't unlocking my door and needed to use the "hidden key" in the remote to open it. It occurred twice that week, with the last time being at night. I called the dealership immediately after it last happened and the manager connected me with the service department. I was told to bring my car in the next morning. At first, they weren't able to replicate the issue I reported. As an IT professional, it was frustrating because it occurred sporadically. I understand how systems work and the testing involved. To make a long story short, my car required a software update and so far, it has been working as designed. I first met Eddy, the Assistant GM, when I leased my first Mercedes a few years ago and saw him again when I leased this car. I stopped by to see him and he walked me over to Cecil, my Service Manager, to be certain my issues have been remediated and I walked away as a satisfied client. I am not sure of the Techician who serviced my car, but a HUGE THANK YOU to him for identifying a software update was released and needed to resolve my complaint. Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington is a FIRST CLASS organization, with SUPERIOR Customer Service in ALL aspects of their business!! I look forward to leasing more cars from them in the future. More

Just leased a new C class Yesterday, I leased my 2nd C class from this dealership (the new 2015) and I can't express how happy I was with my experience. 3 years ago, I leased Yesterday, I leased my 2nd C class from this dealership (the new 2015) and I can't express how happy I was with my experience. 3 years ago, I leased my first Mercedes from Chip Sunstein and was treated like a queen! Just when I thought I couldn't be treated any better, Chip, along with the rest of this dealership, found a way to outdo themselves. Eureka in the finance department was so nice, professional and organized while completing the paperwork. She explained everything thoroughly and made the process so smooth and painless. Chip is very knowledgable about the standard features and options of the 2 vehicles I was interested in. He was able to explain what was the best option would be for my financial situation. Chip is not the typical "car salesman". I can sincerely call Chip a friend. He is honest and truly cares about his clients and it shows!! Eddie Millan was also genuinely interested in my happiness with my purchase. He greeted me and recognized I was a repeat client, which made me feel special. He runs a FIRST CLASS operation and there was none of the price haggling, which you see in many of the local, competing dealerships. I loved my 2012 C class and was sad returning it for this one, but I LOVE my new car!!! It is gorgeous and so much fun to drive. The traction is incredible!!! I could go on and on!!! Excellent experience I bought a new c class 2015 from this dealership. I was helped by mile and Ivan and both of them were extremely helpful and good. Service is fabulous My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child w My family and I were traveling from OH to NJ this past June for vacation. We were in two cars, one of which was our 2007 e350 that our oldest child was driving. As we were passing through one of the tunnels on the PA turnpike, we noticed that the headlights were not on while going through the tunnel. When we got off at the service plaza, we found that both high beams were out as well as one of the low beams. Not something you want to deal with while traveling and worrying about whether you'll get stuck driving at night! We had already planned to spend the night near the Fort Washington area, and a check online yielded info on Mercedes Benz of Fort Washington. I called and got Derek Witman who is the Asst Service manager. Told him our dilemma and asked if we could possibly bring it in early the next morning. He told us about their quick lane, and to ask for him when we arrived. So, first thing the next morning, my husband and son went over there. They were back two hours later. My husband was very complimentary about the entire experience, and about Derek. Thankfully, the lighting wiring was fine, and the lights just needed to be replaced. They also were able to do an oil change, which was past needing to be done, and they performed a recall that also needed to be done, that we never received a notice for. It cost far less than we thought it would, and we were able to get back on the road by the time we had originally planned. We appreciate the great job, and the great customer service we got from Derek. More

Great experience We came in to look at a CPO car we saw online. The week before we came to Ft. Washington we visited another M-B dealership where we walked in to We came in to look at a CPO car we saw online. The week before we came to Ft. Washington we visited another M-B dealership where we walked in to find about 10 salespeople staring at us like we were the turkey on its way to the Thanksgiving table, then we walked around the lot for 20 minutes because our salesman couldn't find the car we inquired about, and once we finally found the car it was obvious that even though it was being advertised as a CPO nothing had been done to even clean it up after it came in off lease. When we drove 50 miles to Ft. Washington to see another CPO that I had called about the day before, we were expecting an equally unpleasant experience. We pulled in the driveway to find the car immaculate and right up front, and we were able to look it over at our leisure. When we came inside Frank Daulerio referred us to Mike Manley, who is everything that most used car salesmen aren't - knowledgeable, low-pressure, and willing to take the time to explain things and go the extra mile even on a busy Saturday afternoon. For instance, when he asked me for our insurance card I realized it had expired, so he called the company and had them fax one for not only the new car but our other cars. The car was also great, which we expected, and the price was right so we bought it on the spot. Mike's follow-up has been superb. I have bought several CPO cars including other luxury makes, and Mike is the first to have followed up more than once to see how we liked the car, if we had any questions, etc. Where we had questions he immediately came back to us with answers. Everyone else, from the popcorn lady to the mechanic who Mike had move our car because we parked it in a bad spot, was as courteous and helpful as could possibly be. I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. More
