I have tried to speak to the GM and the Assit MGR but we have all been playing phone tag and its the holiday. Don't know if I really want do business with Ft Washington Mercedes Benz anymore. Did not offer or explain any accessories that are available for my vehicle. None of the Mercedes websites list any accessories that are available. When I wanted an accessory, there was no option to p available for my vehicle. None of the Mercedes websites list any accessories that are available. Great salesperson and great finance person. Disappointed that the dealership wouldn't hold the car with a large deposit for more than 48 hours. We agreed to buy the car on Friday afternoon and were told that the total payment had to be by monday. Never heard of this practice. Then we were told that the car would be ready at 11:00 am on Wednesday so we arrived at 11:00 and the car wasn't ready we had to wait at the dealership until after 2:00 pm to finally get the car.
