Hi Carla. Thanks for the note. I really believe since I was out of town and out of sight this happened. I often heard everyone is busy which made me feel busy with what, selling cars? Had I been in town suspect things would be different. The process took about 3-4 weeks. Wow. The folks were nice, simply apologetic or unresponsive. My dealer here is awesome! This is my 2nd E Class. Not sure what can be done at this point. I take care of my cars, wax them often. Does MB have a wax they recommend if so it would be great to get a bottle/container. I spent countless hours on the phone, emails etc. the buying experience was poor. Not your fault Carla busy is good. Also heard short staffed. Yes I get it I work for a large law firm as Chief Client Officer. Clients can be rude and unreasonable. All I wanted to do was purchase a car. Thanks for taking the time to step up and reach out. That’s all you can do at this point and reach out you did! Steve
