As a African American woman this is how they treat me after I spent 72000 cash on a car from them. Casio is someone who works in service he is unprofessional & don’t understand his job. First time I come to get my breaks fixed with a appointment they made me wait 2 hours just to tell me they haven’t even start working on it. I got home with the car and realized there was a crack in the windshield that was covered by the inspection stickers so it wasn’t visible during the test drive. 2 weeks in the check engine light is already the windshield that was covered by the inspection stickers so it wasn’t visible during the test drive. 2 weeks in the check engine light is already on with 8 different errors. Replaced a few valves and still not working right. I feel I was ripped off and it’s sad because this car was supposed to be for my teenage daughter. Now I drive it because of these issues. More
