Not taking seriously. I was there twice, once recently. I was looking to buy new GLA 250. But as woman walking in alone and not well dressed. No one pay any attention I was there twice, once recently. I was looking to buy new GLA 250. But as woman walking in alone and not well dressed. No one pay any attention to me. Even the girls at the front desk never once up from their iPhone. I asked one of the guy for help but he had a client in waiting, so he asked someone else, but I was told, he was in training and not ready to sell just yet. I left my name and number and never heard back. I think if I had my husband with me they would be all over us. The problem is my husband is too busy and the car is for me. So, I usually go shopping alone until I find the car I like and bring him to seal the deal. Now it is their loss, because I found one somewhere else. And I will never go back there again even that is the last dealer in town. Very disappointed! More

I saw a car I was interested in. I went in and asked for help. I sat and no one ever came to help me. After about 20-30 mins, I left and went down the street and bought a BMW. Sad be I went in and asked for help. I sat and no one ever came to help me. After about 20-30 mins, I left and went down the street and bought a BMW. Sad because I got my then current vehicle with them and the service was impeccable. They are getting a little snooty now. This is just my opinion. More
