Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington - Service Center

I wanted to take a moment to recognize some extraordinary service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington. On Tuesday, 1/26/2021, I unfortunately hit a very bad pothole while on the Pennsylvania Turnpike while d service at Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington. On Tuesday, 1/26/2021, I unfortunately hit a very bad pothole while on the Pennsylvania Turnpike while driving to work from New Jersey. My front tire was badly damaged, but I was thankful to have run-flat tires and was able to make it safely to work. I then searched for the closest dealership and called the parts department. I made contact with the gentleman in parts (unfortunately, I didn't get his name). He was very professional and confirmed the tire was in stock and transferred me to the service department. This is when I made contact with Joanne Zaren. This is where the experience became truly awesome! Joanne made me feel like the ONLY and most important customer of the day. She advised me to bring it in and she assured me the one tire would be changed the same day. I explained to her that I needed to get back to New Jersey for an appointment by early afternoon. Joanne then called me back within 30 minutes to inform me that I also had a cracked rim and suggested I replace all 4 tires due to wear and a full alignment. I immediately agreed and then Joanne said that since it would require a little more work, it wasn't going to be complete by 2pm, but assured me that they would have it done that same day. She then offered me a free Mercedes loaner to get me to my appointment. I also had contact with Xavier Lopez from service as well. Xavier was very informative and professional! He even sent me pictures of the damage before I confirmed the work to be completed. I have been purchasing new vehicles for over 18 years and have owned numerous Mercedes Benz vehicles. This is by far the best experience I have ever had in my life at a dealership. It is truly amazing what a person can do to make your experience wonderful. Joanne was professional, patient and she kept me informed all through the day. What started out as a bad day was quickly turned around by Joanne and the team. Joanne is an asset to the company and anyone who has hesitations on bringing your car in for service or maintenance, I highly recommend you reach out/ask for Joanne!
