The engine light appeared two and 1/2 weeks after we purchased the car. We hadn’t even filled the car with gas. We called the service department and an in-house appointment was required to remedy the purchased the car. We hadn’t even filled the car with gas. It is concerning to me that such an issue would occur with Mercedes Benz. Shouldn’t this be a standard Quality Assurance matter when new cars are prepped for sale? We’re not buying a Rambler! More
