Not a good experience. I had an appointment to have the Blind Spot & lane changing System checked out it was inoperative. Dropped the car off at 9:45 AM. Never heard back from them, I called & was told how busy they were very busy and did not look at my car yet. I said not to bother, I picked up my car & scheduled an appointment with Keenan Motors. Can't say enough good things about our experience with MB Fort Washington. I personally work in the hospitality industry and can tell pretty easliy when a crew has it together or not. It was obvious in all our interactions, from sales to service, these are an excellent group of professionals who enjoy what they do. They went above and beyond on more than one occasion and we were buying a used Toyota from them! Not even a new Mercedes. Cant wait to come back for an AMG. Julian, Mike and Ryan were awesome.
