Great Service, Susan is Simply Awesome! As normal Susan is extremely professional, pleasant and thorough in her explanation of any problems and/or needed correction(s) to our vehicle. I do not typically get to speak with the techs, but they have also done fine work and have even gone above and beyond. For example on one occasion the tech (Susan might remember who he was.) was able to customize a grab bar in rear of our sprinter which I wanted to keep, but interfeared with a shelving unit we installed in one of our service trucks. His customization allowed the grab bar to remain in the truck and functional. Great Work Guys! FYI, this could be a part you could add as an option as I would imagine other service business might find it usefull. More
