Not sure if to recommend this dealership for service purpose The main issue with this dealership of which I Ama customer of almost 28 years is that you are pricing yourselves out of the market. The most mundane The main issue with this dealership of which I Ama customer of almost 28 years is that you are pricing yourselves out of the market. The most mundane repair or seasonal inspection is never less than $800.00 or more. How long do you think that this is sustainable?? The staff is terrific especially your service manager Derek and Christina with whom I had to deal a lot. So was Ryan that was most accommodating. The availability of loaners is excellent But..... But your pricers are simply not sustainable. More

Overcharged me for Service B. I’ve had this done before and it wasn’t over $700 for sure. When I asked them, they had a shady answer trying to cover it. Will never go there ever again. Ruined my Comand screen I asked service if they had a way to clean fingerprints off my Comand screen. When I got it back, it was all scratched up. Even my son commented on i I asked service if they had a way to clean fingerprints off my Comand screen. When I got it back, it was all scratched up. Even my son commented on it. The service manager said it was there before and it was very common. I have had my car for 9 years and noticed the scratches immediately the next morning when it was light. There is no way to prove that the dealer is wrong but why would I bring it back the VERY next morning if it wasn't something unusual. More
