horrible customer service Its surprising how well the place used to be in terms of customer satisfaction . Yes , there is a massage chair. During that time not once did anybody body come and let me the status on when the car will be ready. After 3 hours of waiting , I went up to a customer rep and he mentioned yes it just being washed and will be out in a few minutes . An hour later after hounding the rep the got my car .
