Well my experience at MB Fort Washington is good. MB Wilmington damaged my car. Software update created problem in my DPF and I spent $900 to clean the DPF that did not solve the problem. After I serviced the car at MB Fort Washington, I could not get a satisfactory answer why the problem is the DPF and not the sensors. They recommended that I changed the DPF for $3000-$4000 with a reconditioned DPF. My riginal DPF is professionally cleaned, then how the reconditioned DPF will solve the problem. I believe Mercedes created a big problem for GLK250 customers like me. I did not expect that from Mercedes! More
Unnecessary delays and a lack of communication I dropped my car around 8 AM on Wednesday morning. I heard nothing. On Thursday around 2:30 I called for an update. I was told that they were still running tests and the tech had several questions for me. I was told I would get a call back with an update. No call received. I called back. The adviser went to check with the tech. I was again told that the tech had several questions for me. I waited again for a call. Finally I called and said I needed the car back before 6 PM and it needed to be delivered. The car was delivered timely. I had an appointment on Wednesday morning. Why was it Thursday afternoon before anything was done? Why wasn’t I contacted about the questions the tech had? Why didn’t I receive call backs? I have had my car in for service 3 times and the problem hasn’t been fixed. Now I’m told you need to consult with the engineer to see if anyone else has the same problem with their keys. Will I be told the results? I suggested new keys. I was told no because you don’t have the necessary backup to have MB pay for them. Is that customer service? More

Bad experience sales and service I was there to change a tire. They told me to change and I accepted they find out I had the coverage they lied they said they couldn’t get in touch to I was there to change a tire.
