I find it very annoying to have to get multiple emails every day after a service visit urging me to complete a review. That said, the service team said that they contacted me to tell me that my car was r every day after a service visit urging me to complete a review. The service team did a good job, but I as delayed in getting my car as it was inaccessible in the parking lot when I arrived. No big deal but a minor irritant. Hence 4 stars and not 5. More

While I’m glad that the service team was quickly able to replace the battery, I am dissatisfied with several things. 1- I bought the certified pre-owned car last April thinking that the car would have bee replace the battery, I am dissatisfied with several things. 1- I bought the certified pre-owned car last April thinking that the car would have been fully checked for any problems including a battery that would last more than 9 months before needing to be replaced. It would seem that the “certified” status would include a new battery if the car was three years old at the time of purchase. I plan to take this issue higher within the Mercedes organization. 2- I brought the car in twice due to the heater fan intermittently not working, getting stuck on the lowest level, leading me to be very cold until the car eventually warmed up. Both times service couldn’t find the problem. Since it was intermittent, I was told to bring it back if it still kept happening . The new battery seems to have somewhat rectified this issue, but it I wonder why this wasn’t investigated further to determine that the battery may have been the source of the problem. Bottom line, I don’t think I should have had to pay for a new battery on a certified pre-owned vehicle purchased less than a year ago More

My mother in law came in with a fixed budget and was charged over 800 dollars for a routine service check. I asked her to call me before she agrees to service and I would like the service department to charged over 800 dollars for a routine service check.
