Always great if I'm paying I purchased the "best warranty I could get" from the dealership when I bought my car. It was a $5000 warranty. The first thing broke on the car and I took it for service and they wouldn't stand by it. Told me ti would cost be another $1700 for a door handle. What's the point of selling warranties if the dealership doesn't stand by it? My car was within the warranty window as well. Everytime I'm in there and I get my car serviced that I'm paying for they are great, but the one time I ask for them to stand behind something they sold me they say "too bad". That just left a sour taste in my mouth so I purchased my 2019 elsewhere. More

Mb fort Washington is consistently carrying this message as the place is always jammed and service results are less than desirable. My S63 has lost its own front bumper Trim 3 times due to poor design at the factory lever carried thru poor service at dealer. All I was able to do was negotiate 20% off for the part and after getting the 3rd one installed, it fell of again within a week. I have spent $3k total on this part dysfunction plus service charge. The time loss is unacceptable and notifying anyone at dealer went no where. The fact that I even took the time to write this is pointless as Sloane and MB will continue to bank on a brand tut is going to be in gutter in 20years..textbook scenario. Congrats to selling millions of $40k cars. Your luxury cars now suck like them. Moving on and getting out of my lease and buying from a company that focuses on quality instead. Best of luck.. More
