First as a personal Customer/account and later as a business account I must have purchased 8 or nine cars from your dealership over the years. However, I have never been more humiliated and embarrassed by your administrative when I came today my invoice for $5,203.14.last Friday, January 18, 2024. I paid $2,000.14 in cash and wrote a business check on from one of my 4 companies for the amount of $3,203. The clerk at the front desk refused to accept the check unless approved by a manager. I was sent to another person in the finance office who did not know what to do and sent me back to the front desk. This person was trying without success to call several people while I am waiting to get my car. I asked them to call TD to confirm the validity of the check. No one wanted to listen. Then I was transferred to another service advisor (a bearded young man) who couldn't explain to me the what was the issue except to reply in a very curt and truly unpleasant manner that " you are a businessman and should understand business..." He simply typed then name of the business on top of the invoice and the issue was resolved. This whole charade took the better of 10-15 minutes. This was a humiliating experience because of the the lack of total courtesy, sensitivity and respect to me , as a customer. Your administrative staff should be counseled and exposed to sensitivity training and how to deal with then utmost courtesy to your customers and explained the methods of paying the invoices by check or any possible mean and prevent other loyal customer to share my terrible experience. More
The Mercedes mechanic misdiagnosed my problem and sent me home in my unrepaired car on my first visit. I was very unhappy I then had to have it towed there a couple days later. It turned out the be the start home in my unrepaired car on my first visit. I was very unhappy I then had to have it towed there a couple days later. It turned out the be the starter, not the battery as they originally told to me. The service manager called me and went the extra mile to ensure I was completely satisfied the second time. This review is for the second visit, not the first. I appreciate how proactive Derek was. More
