I've always scheduled services and got serviced at that specific location since I liked their service a lot. Recently I wanted to install the Hitch on my GLC300, so I called in to inquire about it. Parts people answers about the price for the parts only and transferred me to service department so I can ask about the labor price. Whoever answered phone yesterday, I was a bit shocked about his question. He asked me, "Why didn't you install it when you buy the vehicle, that could have been so easy." Welll.... plans change, and am I not allowed to install it once I pass the purchase time point? Seriously, what kind of attitude is that? More

poor customer service Took my car for service and replacement of recalled Takata air bag. Requested a loaner car. Showed up on time for my appointment. Assigned agent was busy chatting with a customer, finally another agent offered to help. Had to wait 35 minutes to get the loaner. Assigned agent called me later in the day. Returned his call and had to leave a message. At end of the afternoon, got another called from the agent. He said the car was ready but since I did not return his call, now there was no time for the state inspection. Told hem that I did return his call much earlier. Needed the car, so went to get it. Later I discovered the glove compartment door was not closing correctly, it felt like it was bumped off during service work, and there were two scratches on the dashboard. Send a message to the agent to let him know and asking for advice. So far I have received any communications on this issue. Not a good experience More

Driver side airbag recall I got a recall notice for the driver side airbag, and scheduled a session for it. When I dropped it off, the advisor pulled up my maintenance records I got a recall notice for the driver side airbag, and scheduled a session for it. When I dropped it off, the advisor pulled up my maintenance records and suggested that I could get the state inspection done at the same visit, a month early, so I wouldn’t have to return the next month for the inspection. I opted to do that. I still had my camper back in two hours! More
